Cooking time :nil

INGREDIENTS:
Cooking Oil : 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves :1 bunch (clean,wash and drain)
Small onion/shallots : 4-5 nos.
Green chillies:2-3 nos. (As per spice level)
Coconut : 1/2 grated
Tamarind : small gooseberry size
Salt : as per taste
Water : 2 tbsp
For tempering:(optional)
Cooking Oil :  1/2tbsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp


Method of making:
1. Heat oil in a kadai add shallots/Small onion,green chillies, tamarind and saute till onions are fried.

2. Now add the cleaned,washed and drained coriander leaves in it. Saute till the coriander leaves shrinks not more than that.

3. Now in a mixer jar add freshly grated coconut, fried items and salt. Add little water and grind to thick consistency. For Tempering: heat oil spluttur mustard and add in Chutney (its optional).
Now coriander chutney is ready to be served.
Tip: For extra taste you can add a dash of coconut oil over the chutney while serving.
