PARUPPU THUVAIYAL
PARUPPU THUVAIYAL / DAL CHUTNEY FOR RICE
Paruppu thuvaiyal is made in different style and with different dal across regions. Here I have I have shown with toor dal which my mom makes. This goes well as a side dish with any variety rice or even with plain rice. This also makes a good combo with rasam rice, curd rice and tiffin items like idli and dosa.
