SIMPLE CHICKEN PEPPER FRY
This is easy style of making pepper chicken fry where you take pieces from the kulambu (recipe already uploaded) and fry it separately for a tasty pepper fry.

INGREDIENTS:
Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp.
Fennel seeds -1/2 tsp.
Big onion - half, sliced.
Tomato - Half , sliced.
Curry leaves - few leaves
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Kulambu-1 /2 cup
Chicken Pieces from kulambu as required.
Garam masala - a pinch
Salt if required
Black pepper powder- 2 tbsp. (freshly ground)
Coriander leaves - for garnish.
Steps:
1. Heat oil in a kadai add fennel seeds, big onion sliced, curry leaves, tomato and turmeric powder. Sauté well.
2. Add the kulambu and garam masala. Sauté well.
3. Add the chicken pieces and sauté.
4. Add black pepper and sauté well and garnish with coriander leaves.
5. Now the Easy Chicken pepper fry is ready to be served.
