Here I have I have shown with toor dal which my mom makes. This goes well as a side dish with any variety rice or even with plain rice. This also makes a good combo with rasam rice, curd rice and tiffin items like idli and dosa. Do try and share your comments. Servings: 4 Total making time: 10 mins.  BADUGA STYLE CHICKEN CURRY / BADUGARU KOI UDAKKA Our next recipe is Baduga style chicken curry. Base of this curry is small onion/ shallots. They use a all purpose  special masala powder which is gives a unique flavour to the curry. Here I have used store bought masala powder soon will upload the recipe for the masala powder (Badugaru koi maasudi). This thokku can be made and stored in fridge for 1 week. A small quantity of thokku is enough for a plate rice. It also goes well with idli and dosa. Serving: 3-4 for 1 time Preparation time: 15 mins. Cooking time : 25-30 mins.
