Chicken chinthamani is a Tamil nadu famous starter which goes well with any rice items like sambar rice, rasam rice, curd rice or it can be had simply mixed with plain rice too. This starter needs only two main ingredients other than chicken. Simple to prepare yet delicious to relish. To go recipe when you are out of much ingredients or just lazy :-P Servings: 2 Preparation time : 10 mins. Cooking Time: 30 mins . INGREDIENTS: . Gingelly oil  -  1 1/2 tbsp .
