 SIMPLE CHICKEN PEPPER FRY YOUTUBE VIDEO LINK FOLLOW US ON INSTAGRAM LIKE US ON FACEBOOK T his is easy style of making pepper chicken fry where you take pieces from the kulambu (recipe already uploaded) and fry it separately for a tasty pepper fry. Serving: 2 Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time : 10 minutes INGREDIENTS: Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp. Fennel seeds -1/2 tsp. Big onion - half, sliced. Tomato - Half , sliced. Curry leaves - few leaves Turmeric powder- a pinch Kulambu-1 /2 cup Chicken Pieces from kulambu as required. Garam masala - a pinch Salt if required Black pepper powder- 2 tbsp. (freshly ground) Coriander leaves - for garnish. Steps: 1. Heat oil in a kadai add fennel seeds, big onion sliced, curry leaves, tomato and turmeric powder. Sauté well. 2. Add the kulambu and garam masala. Sauté well. 3. Add the chicken pieces and sauté. 4. Add black pepper and sauté well and garnish with coriander leaves. 5. Now the Easy Chicken pepper fry is ready to be served.

Though there are many variation in preparing it this is my simple style of preparing it. This is a one pot meal. Servings: 2  Preparation : 5 minutes. Cooking : 25-30 minutes. Soaking : 1 hr. Ingredients: Cooking oil- 2 tbsp. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp. Bengal gram - 1/2 tsp. Urad Dhal - 1/2 tsp. Small onion - 6-7 nos. Garlic- 6-7 nos. Curry leaves- few nos. Coriander leaves - few chopped. Green chilly - 3-4 nos. Tomato- 1 no. Hing/Asafetida - 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp. Water - 3 cups Salt as required Rice - 1 cup Thoor dhal - 1/4 cup. Note: Soak rice and dhal together for minimum 1hr. Steps: 1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker splutter mustard seeds and add Bengal gram and Urad dhal and fry well do not burn. 2.Add sliced onion, garlic, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly and sauté. 3.
