CORIANDER CHUTNEY Here is a easy and tasty Coriander Chutney for tiffin items like idly, dosa... Serving : 2 Preparation time: 5-7 mins Cooking time :nil INGREDIENTS: Cooking Oil : 1 tbsp Coriander leaves :1 bunch (clean,wash and drain) Small onion/shallots : 4-5 nos. Green chillies:2-3 nos. (As per spice level) Coconut : 1/2 grated Tamarind : small gooseberry size Salt : as per taste Water : 2 tbsp For tempering:(optional) Cooking Oil :  1/2tbsp Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp Method of making: 1. Heat oil in a kadai add shallots/Small onion,green chillies, tamarind and saute till onions are fried. 2. Now add the cleaned,washed and drained coriander leaves in it. Saute till the coriander leaves shrinks not more than that. 3. Now in a mixer jar add freshly grated coconut, fried items and salt. Add little water and grind to thick consistency. Ingredients: Gingelly oil : 1 tbsp Big Onion : 1 no small Tomato : 1 no ripe small Curry Leaves : fistful Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp Chicken : 50gms with bone Salt : as per taste Water :750 ml For masala:  Small onion : 4-5 nos. Garlic : 4-5 cloves Ginger : 1/4 inch Black pepper : 1 tbsp Cumin seeds : 1 tsp Cinnamon : small piece Cloves : 1 no.
